Attorney Blyskal represents local, regional, and national businesses of all sizes and individuals in a wide variety of litigation.

He has particular experience in complex business disputes, copyright matters, and financial disputes. He has been published on a series of issues related to financial litigation, including FINRA arbitration. His practice also focuses on employment matters, including trade secret disputes. He also regularly represents commercial entities in products liability, warranty, and unfair trade practices disputes.  He will also counsel clients that are anticipating litigation, and will provide strategic planning and litigation management advice. Finally, counseling small to medium-sized businesses and start-up companies on privacy concern, intellectual property issues, and insurance matters makes up a portion of his practice.

He began his career at a regional firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he represented national insurance companies and insured employers in compensation claims and subrogation disputes. He is familiar with the legal and practical aspects of management concerns based on his employer-side legal experience and prior career in which he supervised many aspects of a regional retail center.
