Attorney Koziol began her career as a prosecutor in New York City. As an Assistant District Attorney, she tried both jury and non-jury cases to verdict, questioned witnesses under oath in hearings and grand jury proceedings and drafted and argued appeals. Attorney Koziol later practiced at one of New York City's premiere litigation and trial firms before relocating to Connecticut where she focused her practice at a top Hartford firm in the area of complex business and commercial litigation as well as insurance defense. Prior to joining Raymond & Bennett LLC, Attorney Koziol worked as a prosecutor in the Geographical Area courts in Connecticut. Attorney Koziol's practice includes commercial litigation, insurance defense and personal injury litigation in both state and federal court.
